Shipping Policy:

Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to ensure that your order is processed and delivered as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping policy below for important information about your order.


Shipping Options and Rates:

  • Regular Shipping (5-7 Business Days): $25.00
  • Expedited Shipping (3-5 Business Days): $30.00
  • Express Shipping (2-3 Business Days): $50.00

Processing Time:

  • Most orders are process the same day excluding weekends and holidays.
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
  • Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons, such as holidays.

Shipping Locations:

  • We ship all across Canada.

Shipping Delays:

  • While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.
  • Shipping delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you if we experience any issues affecting your order’s delivery.

International Shipping:

  • For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Flat rates do not apply.  Actual Shipping costs will be calculated and charged accordingly.
  • We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information regarding customs fees, import duties, and taxes.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order online through the carrier’s website.
  • If you have not received a tracking number or have trouble tracking your order, please contact us at sales@helptek.ca.

Undeliverable Packages:

  • If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment at your expense.
  • Please ensure that all address details are accurate when placing your order.

Exceptions:

  • Heavy and large items, such as printers and other bulky products, have different shipping prices and are excluded from flat-rate shipping pricing. These items may incur additional shipping fees, and the final cost will be provided at checkout.

  • Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for information on returning or exchanging items.
